POSITION SUMMARY:

No CDL needed! Are you looking for a job where you have a flexible schedule? Do you want to serve the senior population in transporting residents to and from the grocery store? Take residents to lunch and dinner outings? Go to specialty outings like the Casino, baseball games, and the movies? Look no further as that can be you!

The weekly schedule is 30 hours per week, Monday thru Friday with varying times based on resident need and the activities planned out:

• Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays are typically dedicated to activity/fun days. 
• Tuesdays and Thursdays are the days for medical transportation. 
• With an occasional weekend trip to special event.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Drive van, bus or automobile on regular schedule to meet resident needs.
• Assist Director of Life Enrichment or Life Enrichment Coordinator in assisting residents on and off bus/van, tracking attendance and coordinating equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes etc.).
• Load groceries and other purchased items into bus/van.
• Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance.
• Clean and wash vehicle.
• Perform housekeeping functions on the bus/van as directed
• Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy.

Day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Commercial driving: 1 year (Preferred)
