Specialist, Corporate Development

Position Summary:

The Corporate Development Specialist will play a key role in supporting the development of an in-house Reverse Mortgage  whole loan and MSR model and applying it to related M&A activity. 

Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Develop a thorough understand of the Reverse Mortgage product
• Assist with the continued build of the Reverse Mortgage cash flow model with direction
• Implement recommended internal control risk policies and procedures 
• Review and confirm the accuracy of all modeling assumptions and output
• Participate in model validation processes
• Participate in other ad-hoc initiatives for M&A activity 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting or similar discipline with 1-2 years’ experience in analytics or financial support roles.
• Experienced with financial/business analysis, valuation and modeling techniques.
• Advanced Excel user skills with strong VBA and basic competency in SQL is a must. Knowledge of Python or other programming tools is a plus.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively.

  Mid Shift (2 pm – 11 pm IST)
