Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate production staff and operations.
• Ensure production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Train and mentor production employees.
• Maintain production records and report on performance.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment functionality.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions.
• Work with other departments to ensure material availability.
• Monitor production timelines and ensure goals are met.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.

Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision.
• Knowledge of injection molding and manufacturing processes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in production software and MS Office.
