Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Functional Test Manager - Quality Assurance to lead our QA team. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in testing applications, with proficiency in functional, automation, and performance testing. This role requires expertise in driving client conversations, developing test strategies, and managing test estimations. The candidate must be well-versed in the entire testing process, possess knowledge of Agile methodologies and AI technologies, work effectively with global stakeholders, handle a medium-sized testing portfolio, and manage a team of 15+ members while providing coaching and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans.
• Conduct test estimations and identify resource requirements.
• Engage in client interactions to understand requirements and deliver QA solutions that meet their needs.
• Manage and represent the QA team in client meetings, ensuring clear communication and fulfillment of expectations.
• Oversee the execution of functional, automation, performance, and AI-based tests.
• Ensure QA deliverables are on time and meet quality standards.
• Stay current with the latest testing tools and methodologies, including Agile and AI technologies.
• Utilize automation tools such as Opkey, Selenium, and Playwright to enhance testing efficiency.
• Maintain a basic understanding of performance testing tools and processes.
• Coordinate and collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor a medium-sized team of testers, including handling and coaching teams of 15+ members, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals.
• Leverage cloud technologies to optimize and streamline testing processes.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in software testing, including functional, automation, and performance testing.
• Proven experience in leading QA teams and managing testing portfolios.
• Proficient knowledge of automation tools such as Opkey, Selenium, and Playwright.
• Fundamental understanding of performance testing techniques and tools.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and AI technologies in testing.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and their application in QA processes.
• Basic testing certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive conversations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with global teams and stakeholders.
