We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our overseas operations team in Warsaw. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates who are curious about global markets, passionate about user experience, and eager to grow in data-driven operational work.

Responsibilities:

Assist in completing daily operation work for overseas users, including basic tasks such as sorting out user information and statistics of activity participation data.
Cooperate with the team to collect user behavior data, be able to use basic data analysis tools, and participate in simple data aggregation and analysis.
Assist in implementing operational activities such as user acquisition and activation, follow up the progress of activities and feedback basic information.
Collect basic feedback from overseas users, sort it out and submit it to the team to provide reference for operational strategies.
Assist in writing simple operational data reports and record key data changes.
Learn about the characteristics of users in overseas markets and cooperate with the team to complete other operation-related support work.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above; fresh graduates or those with less than 1 year of relevant work experience are acceptable.
Possess English communication skills and have some knowledge of Chinese.
Those with a foundation in a second foreign language (such as Polish, French, Spanish, etc.) are preferred.
Familiar with basic office software such as Excel, have an interest in data analysis and be willing to learn relevant tools.
Be serious and meticulous in work, with good execution and team cooperation spirit.
Have curiosity about overseas markets and user operation work, and be willing to learn new knowledge.
