We are recruiting a Client Development Manager on an initial 6 month fixed term contract and will be responsible for providing client development and relationship management for a portfolio of identified relationship clients.
The role is global in focus, working across Pinsent Masons' entire network and drawing on all available resources across the firm to take all that is relevant of Pinsent Masons to the client to build long term sustainable relationships. This role provides a great blend of hands-on Client Relationship Management responsibility for two high profile clients alongside broader portfolio management.
This role can be based out of our any of our UK Offices, and our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however as an inclusive employer, we are willing to consider any flexible working requests.
Candidate Overview
We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:
- Previous professional service account management experience with track record of client retention and growth, strategic planning and execution of client initiatives and analysing client data for insights.
- Experience identifying and creating business growth opportunities out of market developments and hot topics aligned to the firm’s strategy and topical market themes, both broadly and by creating a personalised channel to key people.
- Experience sharing client intelligence and market insight with the sector leadership team with the objective of identifying cross sector patterns and trends which will have wider client relevance.
- Proven ability to contribute to and execute strategic relationship objectives and deliverables for the sector. Able to focus on proactively delivering effective CRM support to the identified portfolio of clients with the objective of retaining revenue and driving new profitable revenue growth.
- Evidence of acting as a trusted advisor and requires an individual who can build relationships first and foremost.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Listens, understands and adapts to the needs of clients and colleagues.
