Senior Endoscopic Tech - GI Lab Per Diem

Senior Endoscopic Tech - GI Lab at Providence Saint Johns Health Center in Santa Monica, CA. This position is Per-Diem and will work 8-hour Variable shifts.

Assist Medical Doctor (intra-procedure) while performing endoscopic and other medical procedures in the Medical Procedures Unit/Endoscopy Unit.  Provides High Level Disinfection per Policy and Procedure.   Provides appropriate patient care pre-and post-procedure under the supervision of a registered nurse/MD.

Required Qualifications: 

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• 2 years of work experience or related healthcare experience; Certified Nurse Aide, Surgical Tech, or Endoscopy Tech.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Associate's Degree
• Coursework/Training: Endoscopy training program, on the job training

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
