I. Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and detailed-oriented Employee Experience Advisor to join our team and help bring our strategy and priorities to life. This role will focus on supporting initiatives and programs that enhance the employee experience for all team members, with a strong focus on engaging our frontline workforce. The Advisor will play a key role in executing employee experience programs, analyzing engagement data, tracking metrics, and supporting communications that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
II. Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Other ancillary duties may be assigned.
- Support the execution of employee experience and engagement initiatives across the organization.
- Pull and analyze employee engagement and experience data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Draft clear and compelling communications for internal campaigns, events, and program updates.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and feedback related to engagement initiatives.
- Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of programs and recommend improvements.
- Develop presentation materials and reports for senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, Communications, Digital, Operations) to align and amplify employee experience efforts.
- Research and apply best practices to continuously improve our programs, tools, and approaches.
- Help coordinate logistics and planning for culture-related events and recognition efforts.
- Maintain accurate documentation, timelines, and project tracking related to employee experience programs.
III. Qualifications

A. Education and Experience
Education: Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in project and program management, administrative support, communications, and/or related field.
B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements
None required.
C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with survey platforms, communication platforms, and AI tools preferred.
- Strong project coordination skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, people-first mindset and passion for enhancing workplace culture.

- Normal setting for this job is: office setting. Houston, TX preferred but open to candidates outside of Houston (Remote).
- The role will require occasional travel to locations across the country up to 10% of the time.
The expected pay range for this remote position across the U.S is $70K- 83,000K. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
