We’re thrilled to bring our signature style of hospitality to Dallas with the opening of three new concepts:

• Clark’s Oyster Bar – Iconic coastal fare, the freshest oysters, and perfect martinis.
• Neighborhood Sushi – A neighborhood favorite known for its laid-back atmosphere and craveable dishes 
• Swedish Hill – Your new go-to for morning coffee, fresh pastries, and all-day bakery classics.

What you'll do:

• Promotes coffee consumption by educating customers; selling coffee and coffee grinding and brewing equipment, accessories, and supplies; preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks
• Prepare and serve drinks that meet quality standards
• Properly handle and maintain all equipment
• Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
• Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings
• Observe relevant health and safety standards
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Interests in coffee program, must be passionate about coffee
• Active TABC and ServSafe certification required
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred
• Strong ability to multitask
• Ability to problem solve quickly
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of being on your feet per shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
