We’re thrilled to bring our signature style of hospitality to Dallas with the opening of three new concepts:

• Clark’s Oyster Bar – Iconic coastal fare, the freshest oysters, and perfect martinis.
• Neighborhood Sushi – A neighborhood favorite known for its laid-back atmosphere and craveable dishes 
• Swedish Hill – Your new go-to for morning coffee, fresh pastries, and all-day bakery classics. 

As a Busser, you will have the responsibility of serving plates, glasses and silverware, refilling beverages, and cleaning tables. Ultimately, you will ensure daily operations run smoothly and our guests have a pleasant dining experience.

What you'll do:

• Prepare dining areas before guests are seated
• Decorate tables per restaurant standards
• Remove any dirty plates or utensils from tables and replenish, as needed
• Complete all side work as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and people skills required
• Active TABC and ServSafe required
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous busser or food runner experience is a plus
• Ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of being on your feet per shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
