In this role, the Employer Branding & Communications Intern will be actively involved in the day-to-day management of SCOR’s employer brand presence, with a strong focus on Instagram and employee storytelling. The intern will create engaging written, visual, and video content to showcase SCOR’s office culture, internal events, and employee experiences. They will also support the planning and promotion of community-building initiatives such as the Young Professionals Network (YPN) and SCOR Live Sessions.
The intern will contribute to the development and execution of SCOR’s employer brand strategy by proposing and producing content for Instagram, Glassdoor, and the SCOR Careers blog. They will also monitor social media trends and performance metrics to help optimize content and campaign impact.
The intern will also support planning and execution of corporate events, such as webinars, conferences, and employee engagement activities and may contribute to corporate reports and other editorial projects.

Instagram & event-driven content
- Develop a network of stakeholders across offices and maintain regular contact to anticipate upcoming office events around the world; work closely with Internal Comms, HR, and other engagement groups to stay up to date with events happening in Paris; keep editorial calendar updated with events in local offices to ensure the entire External Communications team has visibility
- Write and publish Instagram posts focused on life at SCOR and internal events
- Film and edit reels (using phone/Canva) to highlight events, office life, and Young
Professionals Network activities
- Propose and create content for Glassdoor
- Stay informed about Instagram best practices and trends and write a monthly trend report
- Participate in weekly social media meeting to identify when Instagram content can be leveraged on LinkedIn
Employer Brand & Internal Culture Promotion
- Identify and pitch blog topics for the SCOR Careers blog
- Conduct interviews with employees and write one article every two weeks
- Coordinate blog article approvals and edits, and prepare LinkedIn/Instagram promotional assets
- Liaise with HR to highlight initiatives that support talent attraction and employee well-being
Event & Community Engagement
- Lead the operational planning of the Young Professionals Network (YPN):
- Manage the YPN event calendar and budget for Paris
- Handle communication and RSVPs
- Post recaps of events on Instagram
- Support SCOR Live Sessions with logistical and promotional efforts (focus on outreach, registration, and employee promotion)
- Additional tasks and projects as assigned.
Required experience & competencies
- Excellent English writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills; a good understanding of French is a plus (team meetings are sometimes held in French).
- Creativity, the ability to generate innovative ideas, attention to detail, and commitment to producing high-quality work are key.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.), Canva, and social media platforms.
- Graphic design and video editing experience is a plus.
Required Education
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related
field.
