Minimum qualifications:

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in a direct executive support role for c-level or equivalent senior leadership.
  • Ability to navigate a complex environment and communicate effectively with a diverse range of senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in effective calendar management across complex international time zones and coordination of high-volume global travel.
  • Highly organized, responsible, calm and resilient, growth/learning mindset, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide sophisticated and proactive administrative support, including complex calendar and travel management across international time zones, meticulous expense management, and high-volume email prioritization.
  • Schedule, maintain, and update calendar events, resolving conflicts and optimizing planning through regular audits.
  • Partner on external engagements, bringing the best of Google to customers, partners, and KOFs by leading thoughtful scheduling and ensuring well-prepared briefing notes.
  • Act as a key escalation point, using independent judgment to resolve complex situations, and ensuring the president is appropriately briefed.
  • Provide on-the-ground support for visiting VPs and manage highly confidential information.
