Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience conducting analysis and surfacing insights to business from complex and messy data.
- Familiarity with SQL, Data Studio, and PLX.
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with business judgment, with the ability to synthesize analysis into business recommendations.
- Strong project management skills, driving projects with multiple collaborators and stakeholders in a change-oriented environment.
- High proficiency with structuring strategic analysis and messaging using spreadsheets and presentations.
- Entrepreneurial drive, perseverance, and proactive style to drive cross-functional initiatives forward.

In this role, you will support gTech Users & Product (gUP), one of Google’s largest operating teams, responsible for providing customer care and technical support for nearly all Google products. You will gain a front row seat to the dynamic consumer portfolio across Google and develop a deep understanding of how gUP supports users and product areas. You will surface critical insights to gUP executive leadership to inform gUP business strategy, design holistic roadmaps to bring together strategy and execution, and create tangible impact to collaborate with business stakeholders to bring your recommendations to life.The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Conduct deep-dive analysis of a complex spend portfolio to identify key trends and uncover opportunities.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for senior leadership, focusing on resource allocation, investment/divestment priorities, and operational process improvements.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to operationalize recommendations, driving projects from initial concept through to successful execution and impact measurement.
- Partner within and across to design and build scalable analytical frameworks, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to provide ongoing visibility and create a sustainable foundation for data-driven decisions.
