Job Title: Mental Health Therapist

Location: Charlotte, NC (SouthPark)

Mental Health Therapist Requirements:

Master’s degree required
Must have applicable NC state licensure (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT or LPA)
Experience in private practice, professional marketing experience, community networking
Clinical experience with child and adolescent population preferred
Clinical experience and training desired in eating disorders, substance abuse, behavioral issues, ASD, and trauma/EMDR
Specialized certifications or training in relevant therapy modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) are a plus
Familiarity with a wide range of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches

$95-$125 per hour

As part of our clinical team, you would:

Provide therapy services in a private, outpatient, group practice
Develop a personal brand and defined niche for clients
Have the chance to build strong relationships with potential referral sources and develop a thriving referral network
Work with the team to promote mental health awareness in our community
Be part of imagining what could be and collaborating to launch innovative mental health initiatives
