Position:

The Program Director is a cross-functional leader responsible for managing and executing the full lifecycle of product initiatives, from concept through commercialization. This role blends strategic innovation leadership with hands-on project management expertise to deliver high impact launches on time, on budget, and on brand. The ideal candidate is both a visionary and an executor, with a track record of launching successful products through structured, scalable project frameworks. 

Requirements

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

  

Strategic Planning & Communication

  • Drive cross-functional alignment on product innovation priorities and go-to-market strategies.
  • Partner with Product, Design, and R&D to ensure new concepts meet customer needs, business goals, and operational feasibility.
  • Create clear frameworks to evaluate projects based on strategic fit, ROI, speed-to-market, and resource impact. 

Project & Product Management

  • Oversee all aspects of project and program execution for product launches, including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk.
  • Build and manage detailed project plans and launch calendars across multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring clarity on dependencies and deliverables.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams including Product, Marketing, Operations, Sales, R&D, and Sourcing through structured workflows and regular check-ins.
  • Proactively identify project risks and roadblocks; develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to maintain launch readiness.
  • Own and continuously refine the product development and launch processes.
  • Manage project through Monday.com to track milestones, assign tasks, and maintain visibility across teams.
  • Lead post-launch retrospectives to document lessons learned and improve future product development cycles.

Communication

  • Act as a central communication hub for all product launch projects, ensuring clear updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Present program status, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership on a regular basis.
  • Influence and align cross-functional teams to stay on track and accountable throughout the launch process.
  • Manage change across departments by ensuring all teams are prepared operationally and strategically for launch readiness.


SPECIFIC SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • PMP Certified, or similar
  • Expert in Monday.com
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 8+ years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail. 
  • Nimble with the ability to multitask and embrace last-minute changes. 
  • Ability to influence across functions and levels.
  • Deep understanding of product lifecycle management and innovation methodologies.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
