Salus at Drexel University seeks adjunct candidates for a part-time position based at Salus at Drexel University, Elkins Park Campus, to teach in an ACOTE accredited MSOT program, which include classroom and lab instruction.

Essential Functions

According to the syllabus course description, the instructor must lecture and prepare class activities and lab assignments for online and in person. The instructor must have an advanced knowledge of theory and practice of occupational therapy in various settings including Mental Health and Community.   

Required Qualifications

• MOT/MSOT
• 5 years or more of clinical experience in patient assessment and treatment, primarily in remedial vision rehabilitation

Preferred Qualifications

• OTD/DOT
• 2 years or more experience teaching in higher education
