Job Overview:

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Works with CEO to carry out SGA’s vision and agency program service strategy.
• Significant experience in organizational/administrative development, program management with a demonstrated track record of success.
• Leads both directly and indirectly across all departments to define and guide strategies and tactics to meet objectives and goals
• Collaborates with leadership team to develop and implement plans for operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and employees to achieve business goals.
• Creates, implements and rolls out plans, internal infrastructures, reporting systems and policies all designed to foster growth, funding, community impact, and efficiencies.
• Demonstrates sound financial management.
• Oversees administrative and program productivity requirements across the agency and works with Senior Directors and senior management to develop solutions to ensure business goals and program deliverables are met.
• Supports Senior Program Directors and other leadership team members develop and enhances working relationships with community-based organizations, city, federal government agencies and partnered agencies as appropriate.
• Understands data and articulates data needs required to assist with program requirements evaluates analytical outputs to test relevance and applicability and identify key insights.
• Experience in mental health, case management, and development of large facilities and/or multi-site preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of wraparound and comprehensive services.
• A clear understanding of the community(s) being served and/or willingness to learn.
• Sensitivity to cultural diversity is required. Ability to communicate and cooperate with diverse families, various professionals, and community groups.
• Strong familiarity with finance, human resources, facilities, and IT
• Has a thorough knowledge of community resources and services.
• Supports internal culture and engagement activities
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education:
- Master's degree (preferred) in business administration, health care, human services, or related field.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker preferred.
Experience:
- At least seven years of extensive management experience in human services or health care related field.
- Overseeing administrative and direct services related to human services.
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Competent in Microsoft Office tools and inputting services in an online database.
- Efforts to Outcomes data system.
- Familiar with various screening tools.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to remain stationary 50% of the time.
- Must be able to frequently move inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Occasionally ascends/descends stairs.
- At times may be required to lift up to 25 lbs. for various classrooms and event needs.
- Frequently moves in outdoor weather conditions.
