About the Role
As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at Heartspring, you’ll work alongside leadership and teams to ensure we attract, support, and retain the passionate professionals who make our work possible. You’ll be a strategic advisor, coach, and culture champion—ensuring that every HR initiative is grounded in integrity, delivered with excellence, and aligned with our mission to serve.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with organizational leaders to align people strategy with program goals
- Support managers with employee relations, coaching, and performance development
- Champion a culture of inclusion, recognition, celebration, and shared leadership
- Guide and apply policies, practices, and compliance with fairness and integrity
- Use data and insights to identify trends and make impactful HR recommendations
- Lead initiatives that promote engagement, growth, and retention across Heartspring

Requirements
? What You Bring
- Education: High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferred.
- Experience: Minimum three (3) years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues. Demonstrated knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and best practice. A passion for culture-building, problem-solving, and values-driven leadership. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. A deep belief in people—and in what’s possible when we support them fully.
- Certification: SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment.
