The Opportunity
This is a temporary role through December 2025 (with a possibility for extension).
We’re looking for a Integration Specialist (Contract) to join our team through December 2025, supporting the successful setup, configuration, and implementation of our integrated products and services. In this role, you’ll act as a liaison between our internal teams, product partners, and customers—delivering an exceptional onboarding experience while driving operational efficiency.
This is a highly cross-functional role that goes beyond integrations. You’ll also support administrative duties across the Training, Implementation, and Adoption (TIA) space, helping ensure new customers have a smooth and effective ramp-up experience. Your work will have a direct impact on the customer experience, internal operations, and the continued evolution of our product suite.
What You Will Do:
- Lead implementation of integrated products such as:
- Breeze: Service setup, training, and device activation
- Stripe: Connected account setup and terminal/device management
- Practice Management Software: Cloud9, Dolphin, and Ortho2 Edge
- Configure and validate demo and production environments to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Manage delivery and configuration of merchant terminals
- Perform data verification and ensure consistency across systems during onboarding and activation
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for integrated products, escalating as needed
- Partner with internal teams (Product, CS, Accounting, Sales) to align on implementation plans and provide support such as:
- Monthly financial reporting
- Chargeback processing
- Internal QA activities pre- and post-production
- Support admin and data entry/mapping efforts across the broader TIA function
- Communicate with external integration partners to coordinate mutual customer onboarding
- Support discovery of practice requirements during implementations and contribute feedback to product development
- Pivot between workstreams and product types based on business needs
- Occasionally work outside of standard business hours to meet deadlines or support customer time zones
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in customer service, client onboarding, or end-user training
- Excellent communication skills—confident across phone, email, and video
- Strong sense of ownership; capable of managing tasks from start to finish with minimal supervision
- High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality
- Natural collaborator with a service-first mindset
- Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with PowerPoint and Access a plus
- Experience exporting or working with customer data from systems or databases
- Adaptable and resourceful—ready to support shifting priorities as needed
- Demonstrated ability to quickly build trust and rapport across teams

Compensation: $40,000K - $50,000K/annually
