We’re looking for a Production Planner who’s ready to take ownership, bring structure to growth, and help optimize the balance of people, materials, machines, and methods. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Production Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure that everything runs smoothly — from forecast to finished product.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

You develop and manage smart, data-driven production schedules — balancing demand, inventory levels, and capacity.
You collaborate closely with Demand Fulfillment, Procurement, Engineering, and other key teams to align production planning with business goals and drive continuous improvements.
You optimize the use of people, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient production and cost control.
You support scenario planning for “what if” cases and communicate updates clearly to stakeholders.
You keep inventory levels healthy — avoiding both shortages and overstock — and find ways to improve storage efficiency and reduce holding costs.
You work hand-in-hand with Operations to assess capacity and anticipate bottlenecks — making sure production stays aligned with market needs.
You act as the go-to person for keeping everyone informed — from floor teams to management — when production plans or priorities shift.
You maintain sharp and accurate documentation, including BOMs, processes, and schedules — while ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
You define performance KPIs and build a solid reporting system that helps us track, learn, and continuously improve.
You stay two steps ahead — proactively solving problems and adjusting plans to keep production on track.

YOUR PROFILE

You bring several years of hands-on experience in production planning, scheduling, or a similar operational role.
You have a sharp analytical mind — comfortable digging into data, spotting trends, and building reports that drive action.
You understand inventory, supply chain, and procurement processes from a practical and strategic angle.
You are familiar with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, or similar platforms.
You may hold a degree in Production Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field — but what matters most is your experience and mindset.
You communicate clearly and effectively across teams and seniority levels, with a structured and concise approach.
You solve problems pragmatically, with attention to detail and the flexibility to adapt as priorities shift.
You feel comfortable communicating in English — both written and spoken — which is a plus in our international environment.
