About the Role:
The Sales Manager role is a key sales position that will play an important part in the growth of Priority's healthcare payments division. You will be tasked to source new business from initial discovery through to deal closing. You will become a product expert and be able to communicate our competitive advantages in the market in a clear, concise and compelling manner.
Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends within the Healthcare Industry.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate and expand market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis to track key metrics and KPIs.
Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, document sales activities, and forecast future sales.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Identify and target potential clients in the Healthcare industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
Sales Growth and Revenue Generation:
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, negotiation, and closing of deals.
Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation.
Continuously monitor market dynamics and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
What Success Looks Like:
Success in A Business Development (BD) role is creating sustainable growth opportunities for the business.
Meeting or exceeding sales targets or revenue growth goals directly tied to your BD efforts.
Securing profitable partnerships or new business deals.
Increasing the number and quality of leads or opportunities in the sales or partnership pipeline.
Helping improve client lifetime value through upselling or cross-selling.
Building strategic alliances, channel partnerships, or joint ventures that drive measurable business impact.
Closing deals that contribute to long-term growth.
Candidate Requirements:
5-10 years of SaaS sales experience.
Minimum BA/BS degree.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Experience in fintech and payments is a plus.
Knowledge of health insurance and various healthcare sectors is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation range: $90,000 - $120,000 base + Commission
