Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 / year

Description

The Field Service Installation Manager oversees and coordinates the activities of technicians involved in the setup, installation, repair, and maintenance of machinery, including vending machines, micro-markets, and office coffee machines. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise the Maintenance and Installation Department, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and discipline.
• Direct workers in electrical, electronic, and mechanical maintenance and repair of machines.
• Assist with diagnosing malfunctions and interpreting schematics.
• Manage the assembly, retrofitting, upgrading, and installation of vending machines and related environments.
• Communicate with clients on specifications, power requirements, issues, and schedules.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts within budget guidelines.
• Estimate worker hour requirements and adjust work procedures for efficiency.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to coordinate activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Two-year certificate from college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certification to service refrigeration components preferred.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
