POSITION OVERVIEW:

Integra is seeking a driven and organized Recruiter with commercial construction experience to join our growing Talent team. Based onsite at our Addison, Texas office, this role requires up to 30% travel to project sites to stay connected with field leadership and better understand on-the-ground talent needs.

As a key member of our Talent Management team, you’ll manage full-cycle recruiting while applying project management principles to drive hiring outcomes. You’ll partner with hiring managers across departments to deliver skilled, high-impact talent for our commercial construction projects—supporting both technical excellence and organizational growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts including requisition intake, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation, and offer management.

Source top-tier candidates for commercial construction roles through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, industry networks, and referrals.

Apply project management techniques to manage recruitment process outsourcing partnerships, organize recruiting campaigns, manage timelines, track requisition progress, and ensure alignment with business priorities.

Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, build tailored selection strategies, and support interview and evaluation processes. Communicate proactively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on hiring pipelines, candidate feedback, and market insights.

Support strategic hiring initiatives led by the Talent Management Manager and VP of Talent Management, including specialized campaigns and workforce planning.

Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through responsive communication, professional interactions, and seamless coordination.

Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, often with competing deadlines and shifting priorities common to the construction industry.

Perform additional recruitment-related duties and contribute to continuous improvement of our talent acquisition processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.

Minimum 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in commercial construction (e.g., project managers, superintendents, field engineers, trades).

Proven success managing multiple open roles with varying complexity and volume.

Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and industry-specific platforms.

Solid understanding of project management principles and tools; ability to organize recruiting efforts as structured projects.

Experience using ATS and CRM platforms; familiarity with UKG HCM preferred.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and time management skills.
