The department CPTO – POS is a part of Unzer Group, and it’s a leading all relevant POS product topics. We are working closely together with multiple different teams and systems for merchant onboarding or management, test API integrations or ensure the successful deployment of new features.
As a Product Quality Assurance Specialist (POS) (m/f/d), you will play a key role in supporting the quality assurance of both hardware and software Point of Sales – POS products. You will work closely with multiple systems for merchant onboarding and management, test API integrations, and ensure the successful deployment of new features. You will collaborate with developers and various teams, provide documentation, user support, and training, and contribute to continuous improvement in product quality and team communication. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting key account projects in order to integrate the best possible Unzer product solution.

What your work will look like:
- You play an important role in quality assurance for hardware and software point-of-sale (POS) products and work together with developers and various departments.
- We are responsible for the right POS documentation, user support, training and contribute to continuous improvement in product quality and team communication.
- At the same time, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting key account projects in order to integrate the best possible Unzer product solution.
What you need to be successful in this role:
- Experience in testing and validating new hardware and software versions for payment terminals
- Experience with test API integrations with network service providers (NSPs) and familiarity with JSON, JIRA and Confluence for knowledge sharing and issue tracking
- Strong in communication and processing for cross-functional tasks, functions, systems, or products
- Enjoy creating training materials and presentations to introduce new features and product solutions to internal and external participants
- Team player with a proactive and analytical mindset
- Work in both English and German
