Job Description

Shape the future of Bosch: The transformation into a connected company calls for Communication and Design experts to launch and advertise new digital products and services. Join us in doing that!

Support UX/COM projects: You will apply Communication and Design skills and methods (e.g., digital marketing, internal/external communication, event management). In the projects you will experience a wide range of domains from industry to consumer.

Experience collaboration: You will be a part of the UX/Communication department of the Bosch Corporate IT and you will collaborate closely with different disciplines (e.g. interaction designers, software developers, product managers) and domain experts (e.g. manufacturing, legal, automotive) in an international context.

Drive visual communication design: You will build up and support the Bosch Communication and UX network. You will conceive and design visual concepts to best convey customers messages to their intended audiences and check in with your customers at various stages of design to make sure your work meets their expectations. You will build storylines to illustrate complex content.

Qualifications

• Experienced in story lining, multimedia design, incl. digital illustrations, videos, or graphics by applying diverse design tools (e.g., Adobe CS, MS Powerpoint, Figma)Able to work with design systems
• Experienced in work in cross-functional teams
• Experienced in work remotely in international teams
• Able to engage people in applying user-centricity and to solve problems in a proactive and focused manner
• High level on both customer and end-user orientation
• Experience in working in the context of digital products
• Ability to moderate strategy / innovation / business process analysis workshops
