We are currently seeking a driven and analytical Sales Strategy Consultant to join our Houston-based team. This role will play a pivotal part in analyzing market trends, designing strategic sales models, and identifying growth opportunities for our clients. You will work closely with sales teams, executives, and cross-functional departments to deliver tailored strategies that drive performance and revenue.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with client objectives and market dynamics
Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and market trends to provide actionable insights
Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and recommend effective solutions
Identify opportunities to optimize pricing, sales channels, and customer segmentation
Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with clear communication and data visualization
Support execution plans and track the impact of implemented strategies
Work with internal teams to refine offerings and methodologies for continuous improvement
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales strategy, consulting, or business analysis
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, CRM platforms, and data visualization tools
