We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Representative to support our internal and external communications efforts. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our messaging aligns with client goals and reflects their brand identity. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a passion for strategy, organization, and high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, edit, and deliver internal and external communications, including press releases, reports, presentations, and email campaigns

• Coordinate communication efforts across departments to maintain message consistency

• Support the planning and execution of media outreach and public relations initiatives

• Maintain and update client communication plans and brand voice guidelines

• Monitor industry trends and provide insights to improve messaging strategies

• Assist in organizing and promoting company events and initiatives

• Respond to inquiries from clients, stakeholders, and media outlets professionally and promptly

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field

• 1-3 years of experience in a communications, PR, or similar role

• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and project management abilities

• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or communication tools

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
