We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team in San Antonio, TX. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating strategic partnerships and expanding client portfolios. The representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

  • Present Beloform's services and solutions to potential clients

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are effectively communicated and addressed

  • Track and report on business development activities and results

  • Attend industry events and represent the company in professional settings

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

  • Knowledge of B2B sales processes is a plus
