We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our growing team. You will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and clients

  • Manage and respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and in-person

  • Maintain client records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date

  • Provide administrative support to the client service team

  • Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through the service process

  • Monitor service delivery to ensure client satisfaction and quality assurance

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
