The Opportunity:

Reporting to the FP&A Finance Manager, this key role on the finance team will be responsible for forecasting P&L, with a strong focus on COGS and OPEX, as well as play a key role in providing analytical insights to management. Partnering closely with key departments, including Accounting, this role will be a unique opportunity to experience Financial reporting and play an integral part in forecasting and analytical support.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain and improve forecasting models to accurately forecast Revenue, COGS, Operating expenses and Operating Income, with a strong focus on COGS and OPEX

• Provide periodic reporting to budget owners on spend tracking and develop inputs to the forecast as needed

• Provide analytical support and monitor key performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of changes. Conduct deep dives when observing abnormal trends

• Work closely with Accounting during month end close to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

• Develop and maintain relationships with key department personnel, and team members

• Identify key variance drivers to explain variances to plan, forecast, YoY & QoQ

• Build and maintain key metrics across inventory, demand and supply to drive decisions

• Help develop and deploy enterprise financial forecast tools to allow for more efficient and scalable FP&A processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

• 3+ years of professional experience in FP&A or related area

• Ability to understand business drivers, build financial forecasts and communicate effectively

• Superior analytical capabilities with deep understanding of how a business operates

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized

• Eagerness to work in a fast-paced team environment that will be rapidly changing

• Comfortable in an evolving environment and eagerness for problem solving

Preferred:

• Experience working in the CTV advertising landscape

• Experience in Salesforce & NetSuite
