Interim Integrations Specialist

The Alpha Group is seeking an experienced and self-sufficient Post-Merger Integrations Specialist who can actively design, drive and manage the integration effort across all work streams. 
Duration: Approximately 6 months
Start Date: August 2025

Responsibilities
Provide management of the entire post-merger integration (PMI) program including commercial and operational integration 
Develop and execute detailed project and integration plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and key project management collateral`
Manage all functional activities relating to integration, plan management, issue resolution and SteerCo preparation
Take ownership of program governance including meeting cadence and reporting
Ensure ongoing development and monitoring of comprehensive and relevant integration plans and approaches
Support the program sponsor and other executives with ad-hoc information requests, reporting and issue resolution  
Monitor resource allocation, capacity and effectiveness and any budget requirements
Drive, monitor and assess enterprise-wide impacts and priorities 
Informs senior and workstream level stakeholders of programme status – identifies risks and provides clear remediation pathways
Act as the escalation point for issues and progress of integration activities 
Ensure effective change management i.e. delivery of the integration plan is coupled with new BAU processes design, implementation and handover 
Provide hands-on support for individual workstreams including leading meetings, driving individual planning and design initiatives where relevant

Relevant Experience: 
At least ten (10) years of experience with post-merger integration, with specific experience in the Professional Services / Consulting Industry.
Program management with a strong record in interim responsibility and delivery success.
Experienced in all integration themes: commercial, operational, and technology integration, earn-out dynamics, cultural alignment, etc.

Additional Information:

• This contract opening is expected to operate for approximately 6 months. 
• This position may require up to 25% travel.
• The successful candidate will be expected to be available during normal business hours in EST (i.e. 9:00am - 6:00pm)
