Financial Reporting Analyst

Remote | Multi-national manufacturing and service-based company

We’re a large, privately owned global company looking for a detail-oriented Financial Reporting Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you'll help ensure our financial performance is clearly and accurately reported — supporting everything from forecasting to executive dashboards. What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain financial statement models using Jet (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow)
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain accurate reporting across systems
• Develop data tools and reports that highlight trends, issues, and opportunities
• Design Power BI dashboards to clearly communicate complex financial data
• Support closing cycles (month, quarter, year-end), reconciling accounts and validating entries
• Build budgets and forecast templates, and track performance against goals
• Deliver ad hoc reports to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Improve systems and processes for better accuracy and efficiency

 

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–5 years’ experience in financial reporting or a related finance role
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
• Experience building reports in Jet (preferred) or tools like Essbase, HFM, Microsoft BI
• Strong data analysis and modeling skills
• Ability to clearly present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Detail-oriented and organized, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building Power BI dashboards
• CPA or similar certification

Additional Details:

• This is a fully remote position
• Occasional overnight travel may be required
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs and work at a computer for extended periods
