Senior Finance Reconciliation Analyst

The Senior Finance Reconciliation Analyst will analyze high volume of payment transactions and reconciliation of payments, including credit-card and digital-wallet transactions and end-to-end gateway-to-bank settlement processes and to support month-end closure, variance analysis and continuous process improvements.
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage daily reconciliation of credit-card and digital-wallet transactions against bank statements.
• Oversee the gateway-to-bank settlement cycle, liaising with payment-gateway providers to resolve settlement discrepancies.
• Coordinate Fintech integrations (APIs, payment gateways) to streamline transaction data flow.
• Support month-end close activities, including variance analysis and journal entry preparation.
• Develop scalable reconciliation processes and automation initiatives in partnership with Product and Engineering teams.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, escalating technical issues to the appropriate teams.
  
  

Required Education, Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years in finance roles within, payments, and E-commerce or Fintech environments.
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Experience with ERP/payment platforms
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Familiarity with reconciliation tools and automation platforms
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and liaise with banking and technical partners
