Finance Vienna FREQUENTIS AG From now on Full time : Share: Share Job Introduction Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, more than 500 customers in some 150 countries with more than 45,000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience. Key Tasks
  • Processing of letters of credit and bank guarantees (starting with the coordination and approval of the respective draft with the customer through to approval and issuance by the bank)
  • Development and implementation of financing concepts for customer projects in cooperation with banks and export insurers (e.g. leasing, soft loans, export financing) 
  • Contact person for banks in the area of trade finance 
  • Management of bank guarantees and letters of credit (control of terms, amounts, implementation of change orders, etc.) 
  • Monitoring and optimization of bank charges, guarantee costs and bank guarantee costs 
  • Definition and monitoring of guidelines to minimize risks in international transactions (e.g. L/C, OeKB) 
  • Ongoing maintenance of the guarantee overview for management
  • Processing and control of international invoicing as well as entry and maintenance of project orders in SAP SD
Key Qualifications
  • Completed business studies (e.g. finance, banking) or equivalent qualification 
  • Several years of professional experience in the treasury or finance department of an international company or bank
  • Sound knowledge of trade finance Experience in working with banks, export insurers and international business partners 
  • Very good written and spoken German and English Analytical thinking, entrepreneurial vision and a high level of personal responsibility 
  • Structured, proactive and solution-oriented way of working
