The RoleWe are looking for someone to take full ownership of the financial operations of a holding subsidiary. This role requires a strategic and hands-on finance professional who can drive financial performance, ensure compliance, and lead cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Play a critical role in the growth of the worlds fastest growing TMC!
In this Role, you’ll:

Oversee and optimize the financial and accounting systems of a holding subsidiary, with responsibility for overall financial management, including Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Reporting, Treasury, and Tax Management.
Streamline and improve business processes, particularly in Settlement and Risk Management for both clients and suppliers.
Establish and implement internal control systems in accordance with group policies, ensuring compliance and proactively managing financial risks in daily operations.
Collaborate with other departments and complete additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

What you'll Need to Succeed:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Mathematics, or Statistics, with a strong foundation in accounting principles—especially UK GAAP and IFRS.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in finance or accounting, preferably with a background in a Big Four firm or the internet industry.
Proven team management capabilities and strong cross-functional communication skills.
Proficient in English (IELTS 7 or above); able and willing to work in English-speaking environments and accept secondment assignments.
Familiarity with financial software and data tools is essential.
Strong sense of professional ethics and a proactive, challenge-driven mindset.
