User Experience (UX) Designer

We are looking for an experienced and passionate UX Designer who can translate complex user needs into clean, intuitive digital experiences. With over 2+ years of hands-on experience, the ideal candidate should be highly skilled in UX documentation, user research, and design strategy. You’ll be a key player in shaping the user journey from start to finish across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

·           Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to identify key insights and opportunities

·           Design and document user journeys, personas, empathy maps, sitemaps, and workflows

·           Collaborate with UI designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and enhance user-centric solutions

·           Apply design thinking principles to solve user challenges creatively

·           Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system

·           Advocate for user-centric design across the product lifecycle

·           Stay informed on emerging UX and AI trends to drive innovation and best practices

·           Ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility across all user-facing touchpoints

Required Skills

·           2+ years of UX design experience in a professional setting

·           Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

·           Proficiency in design tools such as Figma

·           Strong documentation skills with a portfolio showcasing UX artifacts (e.g., user flows, personas, prototypes)

·           Experience in conducting and interpreting user research

·           Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards

·           Familiarity with Agile workflows and cross-functional collaboration

·           Stay updated with UX trends, tools, and technologies

Nice to have

·           Exposure to advanced tools for AI-driven UX insights or prototyping

·           Comfort with data-driven UX tools (Hotjar, Maze, Mixpanel)
