We’re looking for a smart, experienced, and commercially aware Senior Manager to join our team in Mauritius. This is a hands-on leadership role that involves managing one of our most significant client relationships — a high-net-worth family office — with professionalism, discretion, and care.

You’ll act as their primary point of contact, coordinating all work across internal teams and external partners, while also stepping in personally to manage high-impact matters when needed.

This role isn’t for someone who wants to sit back and supervise — we need someone proactive, responsive, and genuinely invested in delivering exceptional service.

The role includes:
• Owning the relationship with clients and acting as their trusted advisor
• Leading client meetings, coordinating board/shareholder matters
• Overseeing compliance, filings, and payments
• Managing special projects and high-priority client matters
• Driving operational performance (WIP, billing, profitability, data accuracy)
• Mentoring and developing the Client Ops team

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – essential
• At least 10 years in financial services or global business
• Strong background in trust, corporate, and fund structures
• A natural relationship builder who’s comfortable engaging with clients, regulators, and financial institutions
• Commercial mindset with great attention to detail
• A team leader who leads by example and empowers others
