Our team is dedicated to elevating the level of cybersecurity to fully support Bytedance as well as our clients' digital journey. We aim high at building the next-generation cybersecurity.
Rooted from years of practical experience in the enterprise security domain within ByteDance, the team now runs as a business. We provide a comprehensive set of security capabilities to help our clients develop a Secure Access Service Edge(SASE) architecture with simplicity and convenience. Responsibilities
1. Take charge of expanding SealSuite's monetization efforts in the global market, ensuring strong market penetration and exceeding revenue targets.
2. Lead a collaborative effort with sales teams to identify and qualify customer requirements for product solutions while maintaining an in-depth understanding of the SealSuite product portfolio and its competitive landscape.
3. Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and GTM teams to ensure customer needs are effectively aligned with product capabilities.
4. Stay updated on emerging enterprise security technologies, industry demands, and evolving threat landscapes in enterprise security to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering field.
2. Solid working experience in Solution Architect or pre-sales solution engineering role in cybersecurity field.
3. Proven track record of leading high-performing pre-sales teams in reputable product companies.
4. In-depth understanding of the targeting market, with a strong network of customer and channel resources.
5. Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Understand the technical principles of endpoint security, remote working, zero trust, data leakage prevention, Intranet access and so on.
2. Comfortable with a fast-paced and ambiguous "start-up" environment.
