About the role:

As Senior/Lead Business Analyst you will be required to ‘lead the analysis’ of complex business analysis initiatives. As such, you will be accountable for the planning, scoping and delivery of all Business Analysis artefacts, as well as, coordinating activities across delivery partners. This is contingent contract role working at AMP.

In addition to being proficient with Business Analysis tools and practices, you will require:

a comprehensive understanding of Agile / Waterfall project delivery,
experience with Confluence and Jira,
a good working knowledge of product ownership, project management, change management, development and testing.
a growth and adaptive mind set and be a self-starter.

Job specific requirements:

Deliver agreed Business Analysis Artefacts (Scope definition, Benefits Definition, Business Processes, Requirements, Business rules and enhancements to the Business Operating Model when required)
Plan, monitor, and manage project delivery including scope, timeline, and resource coordination
Lead Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups and Retrospectives
Track and report on sprint and project metrics, risks, and dependencies, providing transparent updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Collaborate with the Product Owner to evaluate and prioritise incoming initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, benefits and readiness for delivery.

About you:

7+ years of working as a Business Analyst on large complex programs within Financial Services,
3+ years of stakeholder engagement at Head of, Program Manager level.
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Computing Science or equivalent (not essential).
