Ensure the delivery of high-quality software and platform for RL product lines, with a focus on VR.
Build a test-driven engineering and development culture that drives improvements in quality.
Implement process changes to scale testing efforts across multiple products.
Plan, develop and execute test coverage for multiple platforms.
Identify, test, track and report KPI trends over the course of the projects.
Diagnose and debug issues, report defects, and propose regression tests to discover reoccurrences across the hardware and software stack including consumer electronics devices, mobile apps, and web.
Work with engineers and project leads to triage and prioritize issues for resolution.
Own the process of creating metrics to measure and monitor product performance.
Partner with Automation and Infrastructure team to leverage automation to allow better reliability and scalability.

Minimum Qualifications

Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, and 4 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Requires 4 years of experience in each of the following:
1. Coding in Python, PHP, Java, C/C++ or equivalent language
2. Debugging applications on Platform, PC and Mobile components
3. Creating from scratch, test planning, test designing and execution, performance and stress testing, implementing and maintaining quality test automation
4. Building, shipping, and maintaining commercial software
5. Experience in managing black box and white box testing
6. Experience building, shipping, and maintaining

$204,064/year to $215,160/year + bonus + equity + benefits
