Hub Box is looking for a Head Chef to join the team, where we're serving up burgers, fries, cocktails & craft beer.

As a Head Chef:

Lead the kitchen ensuring what is served is consistently cooked to spec & our standards are never compromised
Lead, manage, coach, mentor & champion our standards & culture
Recruit & select kitchen team members
Ensure strict compliance with food safety & health & safety regulations
Develop & grow your team’s knowledge, experience & expertise
Manage orders, stock takes & GP’s
Craft the rotas to ensure the right people are in the kitchen at the right time
