  • Wireless Subsystem Technical Program Manager in AR/VR/Wearables will lead multidisciplinary programs through the NPI process to develop the next generation of custom and semicustom modules/subsystems to drive our industry-leading consumer products.
  • Establish requirements with internal and external customers, manage program schedules, identify risks and associated mitigation plans, and clearly communicate to program stakeholders.
  • Drive and track the investigation, definition and delivery of next generation wireless modules, including but not limited to Antenna and/or subsystems in either HW or FW/driver integration.
  • Create development, delivery, and qualification schedules based on system requirements, technical challenges, lead-times and business needs.
  • Communication within, and between, internal engineering teams and external vendors.
  • This includes management and Product managers.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop best practices and technology development processes in a quickly-changing and dynamic environment to ensure on time delivery.
  • Ability to apply experience to proactively resolves potential issues or mitigate risks.
  • Drive engineering deliverables, including specifications, design options, and test plans.
  • Work with teams to set milestones, communicate program statuses, and identify and/or address potential risks.
  • Support engineering and sourcing teams with supplier evaluation, SOW, selection and manage MIH for each build.
  • Manage delivery of samples and mass production parts for the different builds.
  • Support engineering and sourcing teams with supplier evaluation and selection.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires a Master’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Electrical, Electronic, Computer Science, other relevant engineering discipline, Physics, or related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • Requires two years of experience in the following:
  • 1. Wireless HW Module projects
  • 2. FW delivery of wireless modules in consumer space
  • 3. Wireless design/implementation either in HW and/or FW
  • 4. Engineering manager /TPM managing hardware/FW from concept to mass production
  • 5. PDP in consumer space for wireless HW as well as how to integrate FW to meet HW delivery
  • 6. Factory test solution for wireless HW module.
