Behind the Lens: The Visual Media Team

The Visual Media team at IU Health is a passionate group of creative professionals dedicated to telling impactful stories through high-caliber video, photography, and multimedia content. We operate in a fast-paced and collaborative environment where innovation and meaningful storytelling drive everything we do. Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality, commercial-grade video, photography, and multimedia content as part of the Visual Media team
• Create compelling visual storytelling assets that support the mission and brand of IU Health
• Collaborate in a team environment to execute creative projects using modern editing and production technologies
• Conduct interviews and gather visual content in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
• Manage multiple multimedia projects from concept through delivery
• Partner effectively with colleagues, patients, and community members to bring stories to life

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience is required. 
• 3-5 years related Visual Media experience is required. 
• Requires physical activity and the ability to carry cameras, lighting equipment, etc. 
• Visual Media portfolio documentation is required.
