Sr. Manager HSEF

Accountabilities        Activities

1. Support development and implementation of HSE and Fire  Safety Management Systems and processes 

1. Support development of standards, procedures HSEF systems to ensure consistent performance across all Asset Development Projects.
2. Facilitate interaction on key HSEF topics and issues.
3. Track Critical HSEF activities, ongoing projects and decisions to keep it on schedule.
4. Coordinate HSEF workflow and scheduling review meetings with relevant project teams

1. Provide support and guidance  for solving HSEF related issues & carry out periodic safety/compliance inspections

1. Identify hazards and Implement control measures to reduce risk as per hierarchy of control through standards and procedure.
2. Provide HSEF inputs for projects, modifications and improvements.
3. Support the HSEF integration working with  different teams within the business vertical and other business verticals as required. 

1. HSEF Training and Communication program to increase HSEF awareness 

1. Develop and provide HSEF Trainings at project sites and corporate office.
2. Facilitate an effective HSEF communication program.

1. MIS : Coordinate and provide analysis, insights, inputs and information as required to enable timely decision and to achieve business plan objectives.                             

1. To coordinate with stakeholders and prepare MIS/Reports 
2. To assist in making presentations for external and internal meetings 
3. To prepare key inputs and backup materials for HSEF site visits, inspections and audits
4. Support in management of administrative details in all activities/projects
5. Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines.

• To support develop incident and injury free safety culture
• Implement best in class HSE and Fire safety systems and procedures within Asset Development projects  

1. Educational Qualifications & Certifications:

 

• Should hold a valid bachelor's degree in any Engineering
• Any master's degree would be an added qualification (optional)

Degree/Diploma in industrial Safety from an accredited institute
