To provide specialized legal expertise in real estate and property laws, ensuring regulatory compliance and facilitating transactions and acquisitions. Responsibilities include drafting agreements, responding to notices, conducting land title due diligence, and liaising with government authorities. The role requires proficiency in real estate laws, particularly in Gujarat and Maharashtra, and the ability to read and interpret documents in Hindi and Marathi.

Key Responsibilities

• Legal Expertise: 
• Provide specialized legal expertise in real estate and property laws, ensuring all transactions and activities comply with relevant regulations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations related to real estate and property laws.
• Regulatory Compliance: 
• Drafting Documents: 
• Draft and review real estate agreements, contracts, and responses to legal notices, ensuring accuracy and legal soundness.
• Due Diligence: 
• Conduct thorough land title due diligence, including verifying ownership, checking for encumbrances, and ensuring clear titles.
• Land Acquisitions:
• Structure and manage land acquisitions, particularly in Gujarat and Maharashtra, ensuring all legal aspects are handled efficiently.
• Government Liaison: 
• Liaise with various government offices and authorities to facilitate approvals, clearances, and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Document Interpretation: 
• Read and interpret legal documents in vernacular languages, specifically Hindi and Marathi, to ensure accurate understanding and compliance.
• Advisory Role: 
• Provide legal advice and support to the organization on matters related to real estate and property laws.
• Risk Management: 
• Identify potential legal risks in real estate transactions and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Stakeholder Communication: 
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, government officials, and other legal professionals.
