This role is responsible for attend to routine and project based assignments as allocated, related to talent acquisition and talent administration, and maintain personal records both manually and electronically in order to contribute to the overall Human Resource services of the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enter and maintain accurate profiles for new recruits and interns in the HR system.
- Allocate necessary resources (equipment, access, workspace) for new recruits and interns.
- Ensure new employees and transfers are added to relevant email distribution lists.
- Provide company identification cards and trainee passes.
- Prepare and issue documentation including
- Contract letters and extensions
- NDA agreements
- Service letters
- Maintain up-to-date intern records in the system.
- Manage intern onboarding, documentation, and clearance procedures.
- Ensure accurate tracking of intern contracts and their extensions.
- Update and maintain all organizational structures for the division.
- Ensure structural changes are accurately reflected in the HR system.
- Assist in evaluating existing job descriptions to ensure alignment with role responsibilities.
- Collaborate with project leads to address role changes or redundancies.
- Track new roles and assess the relevance or redundancy of existing ones.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or Science
- 2 years of experience in HRBP role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
