1. Transfer all holding area to respective accounts on a daily basis.
2. Ensure accurate and timely invoices to all Travel Agent and Corporate bills.
3. Resolve all Travel Agent and Corporate inquiries to guest satisfaction
4. Resolve all credit card center inquiries to the guest satisfaction in timely manner
5. Proper maintenance of refund log and submit to Income Audit for review
6. Proper maintenance of charge back records
