Associate, Fund Management (CONTRACT)

• This role acts as a 12-months Contract
• Execute on investment strategies and portfolio management activities, including acquisitions and dispositions.
• Ensure adherence to investment policies, overall fund strategy and investment performance
• Develop and maintain financial models to project cash flows, returns, and portfolio performance.
• Prepare and review comprehensive investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports and presentations for investors and management.
• Conduct data analysis and market research as necessary for investment opportunities and decision-making.
• Coordinate and manage due diligence processes, including financial, operational, and legal assessments.
• Manage investor communications and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 - 10 years of experience in fund management, private equity or real estate finance.
• Strong proficiency in financial modelling and Excel.
• Solid understanding of real estate investment concepts and performance metrics.

Skills:

• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with financial software/tools.
