Inventory Clerk

Description

POSITION SUMMARY: The Inventory Clerk will assist in numerous processes including pulling invoices and purchasing all new and used vehicles while ensuring all documentation has been completed accurately and in a timely manner. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

· Pull invoices from franchises in a timely manner.

· Purchase to completion all incoming new and used vehicles with accuracy. 

· Issue checks to auctions and wholesalers.

· Accurately post invoices to inventory in CDK.

· Ensure titles are received on all used purchases.

· File all incoming MSOs to the correct stock number and jacket.

· Update new incoming vehicles with stock numbers in Dealer Daily.

· Issue stock numbers to all incoming units including new inventory.

· Ensure there are no duplicate VINs.

· Follow entire purchase process in an accurate and timely manner.

· Process dealer trades in an accurate and timely manner. 

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Education and Experience:

· High School Diploma or Equivalent.

· Valid Driver License and clean driving record required.

· One year of receptionist/office experience preferred.
