San Marcos Academy, a private Christian school in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Cross Country Coach for our high school and middle school program.

Position Details:

Part-Time / Stipend Position
Coaching responsibilities include:
Lead all aspects of the cross country program, including planning, practices, team development, and CC Meet coaching
Must be willing and able to drive (transport team) to away meets

Model and mentor student-athletes in Christian character and sportsmanship

Requirements

A committed Christian who is passionate about shaping young men and women through athletics
Experience in track or cross country preferred
A positive role model who values teamwork, leadership, and personal growth
Able to communicate effectively with athletes, families, and school staff
